Editing: Images for Digi Pack

Above is a first attempt of editing an image which I am going to use for my digi pack. I have selected half of the image, the left side and I have edited the colour of the image using black and white. The right side is the original image, it has not yet been edited. The purpose of this editing is to emphasise the two contratst in emotion of the songs on the album, some songs are dull and rather slow while others are happier and upbeat.
